Our Programs

Building resilience through connection, movement, and purpose.

THE INTI PROJECT

EVERY JOURNEY BEGINS WITH
A SINGLE STEP

Four programs.

One shared purpose.

Who Our Programs Are For

The Inti Project creates opportunities for children, youth, young adults, families, and community members across different ages and stages of life. Programs may be organized or adapted based on age, developmental needs, experience level, safety considerations, available space, and funding requirements.

Age-appropriate boxing, movement, fitness, mentorship, confidence-building, and wellness activities may be available for elementary, middle, and high school students. Programs are designed to provide supportive relationships, healthy challenges, and opportunities to build resilience and belonging.

CHILDREN & YOUTH

Young adults may participate in boxing, fitness, mentorship, wellness, and leadership-development opportunities. Participants may also grow into roles as peer mentors, volunteers, youth advisors, assistant coaches, and community leaders.

YOUNG ADULTS

As staffing, space, and resources allow, The Inti Project may offer adult boxing and conditioning, family fitness activities, women’s self-defense, wellness workshops, parent engagement, and community events.

ADULTS & FAMILIES

Some programs may focus on a specific age group or population based on the requirements of a grant, partnership, or funding source. Eligibility requirements will be clearly identified for each specific program and do not necessarily apply to all Inti Project activities.

Voices of Our Community

EVERY JOURNEY BEGINS WITH
A SINGLE STEP

Coach Francisco encouraging a young boxer from the sidelines of a boxing ring during training.

" Our role isn't just to coach skills — it's to help young people recognize the strengths they've had all along. Watching that confidence grow is what makes this work so meaningful. "

— Coach Francisco, Director of Activities & Head Boxing Coach

" Boxing taught me discipline,
but the people around me
taught me confidence.
Every challenge became an opportunity to grow because I knew I wasn't facing it alone. "

— Cynthia, Youth Participant

Mother encouraging her child from the sidelines during a youth team-building event.

" The Inti Project gave our family more than a program — it gave us a community. Knowing my child is surrounded by mentors who
genuinely care has brought a sense
of hope and stability that extends
far beyond each session. "

— Maria, Parent
