More than a nonprofit.
A community built on belonging.
The Inti Project is a Washington-based nonprofit dedicated to helping young people build resilience through trauma-informed boxing, mentorship, mental wellness, and leadership development.
Grounded in the belief that No One Thrives Alone, we create safe, inclusive spaces where young people develop confidence, healthy relationships, and a lasting sense of belonging.
Every Mission
Has A Beginning
A Personal Note
From Glen…
The Inti Project was created from that belief.
My hope is that every young person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and empowered to discover their own strengths.
Through trauma-informed boxing, mentorship, mental wellness, and leadership development, we're creating opportunities for youth to build resilience, develop meaningful relationships, and realize their full potential.
Together, we're building a community where every young person knows they belong, every family feels supported, and no one has to face life's challenges alone.
“Growing up in East Los Angeles, I experienced many of the same challenges that countless young people face today.
Through my journey — from the United States Army to becoming a licensed clinical social worker, University of Washington professor, boxing coach, and father —
I learned that resilience is built through community, purpose, and people who believe in you.”
Through trauma-informed boxing, movement, and fitness programs, young people learn discipline, self-confidence, and healthy ways to manage stress while strengthening their connection with their bodies.
